Returns Policy

All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your original purchase.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus a re-stocking fee consisting of the credit card and shipping charges. Personalized items are not refundable. If you are in doubt please call.

If you need to return an item please call customer service at 1-800-489-8151 for a return number and instructions.

Important note: If you place an order with a credit card or Paypal and cancel the order you will be reimbursed the total of the sale minus the credit card/Paypal fee.
