- The strong webbing straps come through the middle of the sheet where the patient's weight is centered for better weight distribution
- Webbing grab handles are double stictched and bound over for extra strength
- A 16" or 18" backboard (not included) can be inserted into the sewn-on sleeve to provide a rigid base
