RIT / FAST Air Bag
The RIT / FAST Air Bag has all the features you need to carry air and tools needed for a downed firefighter intervention.
Rapid Intervention Teams go by various names in different parts of the country – RIT, Rapid Intervention Crew (RIC), Firefighter Assist and Search Team (FAST) – but all have a critical mission: to rapidly locate a downed or trapped firefighter, establish an air supply, assess medical needs and extricate him or her from the situation, whether it be a floor or roof collapse or some other life-threatening incident.
FEATURES:
- 2 New D Rings at the top of the bag enable a fire crew to convert the shoulder strap into a long drag strap
- Central compartment to hold SCBA cylinder
- Comes standard with a RIT label
- The Top D-Ring has been extended to allow easier attaching of the bag to a downed firefighter via carabiner
- Exterior includes 1 New Tool Pocket for Cutting Tools and Pliers
- 1 Large Utility Pocket 1 Elastic Wedge Holder – Holds up to (3) 1.5" wedges
